Socio-Legal Approaches to Human Rights

Aims: 
The course aims at introducing main topics of human rights research from a socio-legal perspective. 

Methodology: 
8 sessions consisting of presentation of the topic (lecture; aprox. 50 min.) and debate (aprox. 90 min) from Monday to Thursday. Friday dedicated to individual or group study of cases.
Assessment by participation in class and home assignment on the development of one of the cases.
