LABOUR LAW AFTER NEOLIBARLISM
Over the course of the past 40 years, neoliberalism has all but destroyed the institutions that once civilised labour markets. Now in the wake of destruction, labour law reform is being driven in the UK and elsewhere by a new kind of right-wing populist politics. What does this hold in store for work relations in the labour market and at the workplace? And what kind of countermovement, in law and in politics, would be needed for labour markets to become civilised again?
