As session organizer of the RSC10 “Participation, organizational democracy and self-management”,in the thematic of “The delivery of justice and human rights”, Professor Eleni Nina-Pazarzi will be very glad to receive your abstracts to this session.

More specifically, the session is intended to receive abstract contributions with critical considerations about the delivery of justice and the interaction of human rights organizations with courts (oficial legal system).

Different sociologists have analyzed the activities of NGO’s, among whom Bourdieu, using his theory of judicial field. most sociologists believe that the impact of the structure of civil society on judicial procedure and the delivery of justice has not changed over the years, and that the sovereignty of the political power is still preserved.

This session invites abstracts addressing this issue with a special focus on issues of human rights but also on work relations and industrial democracy.
